April 2026: a new culinary signature is launched at Specto, spearheaded by Cyril Molard. The concept is permanent, the menu generous and gourmet, designed around local products (we were particularly taken with the smoked trout and the incredible desserts). In the kitchen, sous-chef Valentin Razes takes over to ensure the experience is a success every day. You can go there from lunch to dinner, Tuesday to Saturday. The mocktails are to die for, and there's even a special one each week on the lunch menu. Here, the essentials are simple: eat well, in a setting designed to help you enjoy the moment. And who knows, maybe you'll even want to mop up your sauce! The Chef himself says: "I want it to be simply delicious."
