Doudou, a self-taught chef of Cameroonian roots and Belgian heart. She swapped Excel spreadsheets for spices to turn her passion into a craft that makes your taste buds dance with every dish. On the menu? A joyful fusion of African traditions and classic European flavors. Here, the Mbongo sauce sings alongside the dorade, the plantain takes center stage with grace, and the ginger taps out a lively rhythm. Add to that a brand-new restaurant, ultra-fresh ingredients, vegan options, zero waste, a cozy terrace, gentle service, and a homemade cocktail list.
