Yozora, a starry evening at the Centre Pompidou-Metz

Located in the heart of the Centre Pompidou-Metz, Yozora is not a restaurant like any other. It is one of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants in Metz, nestled in a setting of glass, metal and light, suspended between contemporary art and haute cuisine. At the helm is Charles Coulombeau. At 33, he delivers precise, sensitive, and inspired cuisine. After earning a star in 2022 with his restaurant "La Maison dans le Parc" in Nancy, he returns in force with Yozora ("night sky" in Japanese), opened in 2024 with Roxane, his partner in the dining room.
