Restorative yoga, suitable for practitioners of all levels, is a relaxation practice that holds poses (asanas) for an extended duration using props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters. This practice emphasizes the meditative aspect, uniting body and mind. The classes, led by Sheelagh, are held at the physiotherapy center: Kinésithérapie Lenoir & Schäfer. Please wear comfortable clothing and warm socks. If the class is full, contact Geraldine to check for cancellations.
