Gérard BECKER, a painter and poet in every sense of the term! His life was devoted to an endless pursuit of beauty, sublimity, humanism, and love. An artist gone too soon when he still had so much to show and give. A native of Athus worth (re)discovering because, as often happens unfortunately, fame awaits the best elsewhere than in the land of childhood!
