Posters of famous Studio Ghibli animated films, with vintage posters from the period, make this place all the more authentic.

As the name suggests, ramen is the specialty of chef Florence Chen, who spent ten years in a specialized restaurant in Tokyo. You won't be able to taste ramen as authentic as this one. It's simple, you can choose between different broths, from the classic "Shiitake" (Japanese mushroom) broth to black garlic broth (which is the chef's specialty). The little extra? Different portions are available, whether you want more slices of chicken, fish, vegetables or pork.
To accompany your meal, don't hesitate to enjoy one of their many homemade bubble teas.
