Barely a step into the Novotel Centre restaurant and presto... It's a return to one's roots (and origins) that takes place. Here, nothing is left to chance: starting with the restaurant's name, which reflects authentic cuisine, prepared with local, fresh, and seasonal produce.
The menu itself was created by Chef David Formica and his team. No matter who you're with, there's something for everyone: from pasta to fish and meat dishes. Vegetarians will also find something to suit them: eggplant and pepper lasagna, green vegetable risotto, veggie burgers, and more.
You can also treat yourself to the daily specials available every lunchtime, Monday to Friday, or choose the weekly special.
And whether it's in the dining room, on the terrace, or at the bar, the team is attentive—smiles included—and that's a real pleasure!

On the bar side, a snack service is also offered Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., for those with a small appetite, including pizzas or sharing platters
