Equilibrium, for a balance between tasty cuisine and aesthetics, both on the plate and in the decoration. In the heart of the nice Clausen district, the restaurant is located in an atypical location (formerly the Bistro Le Duc, for connoisseurs) completely renovated to correspond to the chef's watchwords: intimacy and conviviality. The chef by the way, let’s talk about him! At the head of the restaurant (and the kitchen), we find Baptiste Heugens, elected Young Chef of the Year 2020. And yes, just that! The only captain on board this super ship, he is keen to offer different, striking and authentic cuisine. Open from Monday to Friday, you have the choice between a 5-course formula (89 euros), 3 courses (45 euros and only at lunchtime) or delicious dishes directly from the menu. On Saturdays, the chef leaves the possibility of organizing more intimate events. A one-on-one meal with the chef, for example… Little extra in summer, you can taste delicious creations on their terrace in the sun!
