Here, we weave more than fabric: we weave memories, know-how, and a real link between artisanal past and sustainable future.
Housed in a heritage site steeped in history, this unique museum unravels the invisible thread that connects the past to the present, through two complementary spaces.

The first area immerses you in the fascinating world of old weaving looms. Period machines, videos, personal accounts, and original tools all invite you to understand the artisanal skills and working conditions of textile workers of yesteryear. It's a journey to the heart of the industrial revolution, blending technical heritage and social memory.

The second space, designed in collaboration with the "Rethink Your Clothes" campaign led by the NGO Fairtrade Lëtzebuerg on behalf of the Luxembourg Cooperation, highlights today's challenges: fast fashion, textile pollution, worker exploitation... but also the solutions. Educational panels, producer stories, videos, and concrete data encourage us to rethink our relationship with clothing and make fairer choices, both as consumers and as a community.

Between sensitive immersion and critical reflection, the Textile Museum offers an experience accessible to all, to better understand how the textile industry has shaped our lives, and how it can still transform them.

The museum is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
