Opened at the end of May 2025 in Bonnevoie, Le Q dans le Beurre is a brasserie-style restaurant, for bon vivants, where charcuterie is spoken fluently and butter is a true religion.

We eat there (and we eat very well!): goodbye diet, goodbye “healthy”, we don’t know that!

On the menu: plenty of slow-cooked dishes, from beef bourguignon to veal blanquette, not forgetting a good pot-au-feu, as well as authentic French specialties like andouillette de Troyes, veal tongue in spicy sauce, snails, or eggs mayo. Ask your grandmother for her take on it!

CHARCU'TEA TIME
You know it? No? Well, let me explain: it's simple! An assortment of charcuterie and terrines with a little red wine.

If you're still hungry: go for the Bonnevoie Honey Iced Nougat, it's amazing!
And if you're a big romantic: opt for the floating island (to share, we said TO SHARE).

The restaurant received the “Restaurant de Terroir” award from Gault&Millau in 2026. Under the leadership of chef Jérémmy Parjouet, the restaurant collaborates with a fine selection of local producers to offer cuisine that is both responsible and delicious.
