There are dreams you never forget... Kévin's began at just 5 years old. Coming here for lunch with his parents, he already kept saying: "One day, this will be my restaurant." Years, travels, and a lot of experience later, he returns to his roots to open Radix. And this name wasn't chosen by chance: radix means "root" in Latin. Today, Kévin is in the kitchen, Soline welcomes you in the dining area, and together they form a duo as talented as they are warm. Here, you forget about intimidating gourmet restaurants: you come to experience a true moment of sharing. On the plate, traditional cuisine is reinvented with finesse and modernity. Seasonal products are the true stars, selected with care from local producers. And because creativity cannot wait, the lunch menu changes every week, while the main menu is renewed every month. An excellent excuse to come back again and again. Another lovely surprise: vegetarian dishes are far from being just a simple plan B.
