Coque Kirchberg: a wellness break between meetings

Nestled in the heart of the European institutions and office district, this relaxation space is perfect for taking a break between meetings or unwinding after a day's work. Inside, enjoy three saunas with different atmospheres: a modern Finnish sauna at 80°C, a rustic Finnish sauna at 70°C, and a gentler sanarium at 60°C. Then continue the experiment with: a snow cabin for your adventurous side, a hammam, a tepidarium (we checked :) it's a Roman bath maintained at a moderate temperature), a 35°C whirlpool to float like an autumn leaf, or hot and cold pools to activate your circulation. And to help you really escape and disconnect, there are also themed showers and a relaxation room scented with essential oils, to relax all your senses. Outside, the journey continues with a wood-fired sauna, a 60°C sanarium, and a pool heated between 32 and 35°C. The more adventurous can try the 20°C cold plunge, perfect for awakening your senses. And the absolute best! If you want to make your experience even more immersive, don't miss the Aufguss rituals: these infusions of essential oils diffuse waves of fragrant heat in the sauna and multiply the effects of the session tenfold. Finish with a light salt peel for the skin and you're ready to shine.
