We are in a situation of permanent dependence on food. And it has always been subject to dietary constraints and restrictions, particularly of a climatic, economic or cultural nature. The exhibition presents the factors that influence our diet and examines how this relationship has evolved throughout history and what side effects this has had on our environment.

How do religious customs, local traditions and global supply chains influence our current food culture? How can we ensure global food security in the face of a rapidly growing world population? And what is a “good” diet?

Using examples from Luxembourg, the exhibition attempts to highlight the relationships between Man and his food. It follows the journey of food, from production to consumption via processing, and also dares to take a look at the eating habits of the future.

A captivating exhibition that explores contemporary societal issues and promises an enriching experience.

Good to know
