I am offering a Gentle yoga class involving both yin yoga and yoga nidra to gently stretch the body and relax the mind. You will be guided to leave all the stress behind you through mindful breathing and yin-based asanas. Yin yoga consists mainly of passive floor-based poses that work deeply into the connective tissues and fascia of the body, offering gentle release and relaxation.
Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, allows the mind and body to rest and rejuvenate deeply, providing numerous benefits.
About me & my teaching style:
I have been practicing yoga for over ten years and remain grateful to my first yoga teacher, Stephanie. She provided me an experience, not just a workout, blending yoga asanas and philosophy in a thoughtful and accessible way. This inspired me to complete a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018 in Edinburgh, followed by further training in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra in 2023 in Luxembourg.
I believe there is a yoga style for everyone, bringing both physical and mental benefits while encouraging natural healing. My intent is to share this practice, helping others to experience these great benefits for themselves.
