Luxembourg in the Middle Ages: Kids Edition
Let us explore this fascinating period in Luxembourg City's history together. Using models, charters, and other archaeological objects from the permanent exhibition, we trace back to the 10th century and observe how the medieval city gradually developed from the original castle known as Lucilinburhuc. Then, we move outside the Museum to visit the archaeological crypt on Rue de la Reine, where remains of the 12th-century medieval fortifications are preserved.
