The presentation "Flora – Old and New" is the result of many years of research into the influence and development of floral representations in art, design, and technology. Through visual and other references, ranging from classical archaeology to the present day, a fascinating trace of the importance of flowers in human creativity can be traced.
Botanical artist Sally Arnold has been using floral motifs in her work since her student years.
