Summer festival at the Mondercange pond

The SMBM model club of Mondercange is organizing its traditional summer festival at the Mondercange pond from June 28 to 29, 2025.

Attendees and exhibitors from Belgium, France, Germany, and even Switzerland are expected. A highly skilled RC model dealer will be on hand both days to provide guidance and advice as needed.


Adults and children can marvel at the many models of boats (sailing boats, steamboats, speed boats, etc.), trucks, construction machinery, off-road vehicles, including crawlers, as well as stock cars, etc. All in small sizes and radio-controlled, of course.

To ensure total immersion for both young and old spectators, the SMBM has vehicles (Crawlers) that will be made available to the public free of charge. Come and take a tour of our spacious Crawler track at the wheel, or rather with the remote control, of one of our 1:10 scale cars and discover your skills, your concentration, and some new thrills.

Of course, adults and children are free to bring their own remote-controlled vehicles or boats to explore the spacious grounds and the lake at their leisure. Our tracks (lake, crawler track, truck and construction track, stock car track) are open and lively from 10:00 a.m. until nightfall. Various demonstrations and races are planned during this weekend.

The refreshment bar will be accessible to all visitors and those with a sweet tooth will find what they are looking for throughout the day.

Admission is free and a large free car park is available to visitors a short walk from the site.

An opportunity not to be missed for all explorers looking to spend quality time while discovering their passion for the miniature world. Families are welcome, and be sure to spread the word to all your family and friends.
