At the boundary of documentary and danced fiction, Marie Barbottin stages the aging female body. In "At the Dawn of Their Skins", the experiences and movements of five professional dancers in their fifties merge with a text crafted by the philosopher Camille Froidevaux-Metterie. This poetic manifesto delves into the question of desire, immersing the audience in whispers, breaths, and organic sounds resonating with an innovative electronic score.
