Come discover or rediscover the rich archaeological past of the Thionville region by exploring the floors of the former keep of the castle of the Counts of Luxembourg. A journey from Prehistory to the Middle Ages in an atypical setting from the 11th and 12th centuries.
On Sundays only, numerous experimental archaeology activities will be offered to you:
- demonstration of weaving, spinning, tanning or flint knapping,
- exhibition of craft tools, hunting tools, trimmings, etc.
