In this workshop, learn to master choux pastry to create perfectly round and puffed choux. The choux will be filled with Bourbon Gold Madagascar vanilla pastry cream and smooth mascarpone chantilly. For an extra treat, prepare pecan praline and caramelized pecans for decoration.
