On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the municipal archives of Metz open their doors and invite you to learn about their history and missions. Explore the fascinating reading room, its unique architecture located between the Cloister of the Récollets and the old water reservoirs now used for conservation. Interact with experts on archival collection, preservation, classification, and communication processes. Also discover the exhibition 'Books of Shadows and Lights' by Abram Krol, presented in the reading room as part of the JECJ-Lorraine 2025.
