This one-day qualification is ideal if you’re new to the world of spirits or if you’re starting a career in hospitality and catering. You’ll learn the basics of distillation, the main types of spirits, their raw materials, their styles, as well as the fundamentals of service, tasting, and alcohol safety. Around 12 spirits will be tasted to help you better understand their characteristics and differences.
