This course guides parents through the early days with a baby and as a family. In a safe and supportive space, parents can build new connections with other parents, share their concerns and questions in a secure environment, and gather new strength for daily life. After a brief initial relaxation exercise, parents will receive a short weekly lecture on various topics followed by an open discussion time.

Target Audience: future parents and parents with babies up to 12 months.
