The city of Luxembourg and its fortress have been depicted many times since the 16th century. "City Visions" approaches the subject in a playful way, as a visual experience of the city’s evolution through centuries and from various perspectives. Drawing from the museum’s collections, the exhibition focuses on the “visions” of Luxembourg City – from early modern panoramas to abstract graffiti and picturesque urban landscapes. Visitors are invited to engage with the exhibited pieces and enjoy activities suitable for both children and adults (games, puzzles and toys, tactile models, painting stations and creative studio, etc.). With its wide range of images and interactive features, this “extraordinary” exhibition promises a fun, curious, and educational visit.
