During the session, you enter a state of deep relaxation, where the mind calms and bodily tensions are released. The sound vibrations travel through the whole body, creating a sense of immersion and letting go. After the session, the beneficial effects persist, usually resulting in a feeling of lightness, calm, and serenity. The body is relaxed and revitalized.
