Jasper Steverlinck is one of the most successful Belgian artists of the past 20 years. As the lead singer and songwriter of the Gent-based rock band Arid, he captivated music lovers in Belgium and far beyond with his extraordinary voice. His voice is so crystal clear and powerful that it can penetrate walls, yet so sensitive that it reaches straight to the soul.
As a solo artist, Jasper effortlessly matched the gold records he achieved with his band Arid and spent many weeks on the charts. He even received praise from international top artists like Bono, Eddie Vedder, and Randy Newman. He was most aptly described as having the soul of a poet and the voice of an angel. There is no genre he doesn't master, from metal to rock, to intimate or classical. Following sold-out tours with his previous solo albums, his new album is to be released in January 2025.
