When a wedding ceremony, orchestrated by a priest with infectious madness, turns into a showdown between the future spouses. Marc and Sophie, together for seven years, have decided to take the next step and get married. Sophie, from a very conservative family, insists on a traditional religious wedding. Marc, a rationalist, rejects the idea of religion and wants a simple civil wedding. Shortly before their wedding, Sophie organizes a rehearsal of the religious ceremony in her parish church. Marc attends against his will. Father Augustin is running the ceremony, but this eccentric priest will turn the rehearsal into chaos where laughter and madness will prevail.
