We work in manageable groups—no more than 10 people per session—to ensure everyone receives proper attention. Minimum age: 12 years. The course takes place outdoors in all weather conditions. Please note that appropriate footwear and movement-friendly, weather-suitable clothing are required. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult companion.
