Led by Colette Brunel (master practitioner in hypnosis, sophrologist, certified Bach Flower consultant) and Delphine Nguyen (sound practitioner).
Contraindications: pregnant women less than 4 months or more than 8 months pregnant, pacemaker wearers, psychotic disorders.
For ages 18 and up.
Price: €40 (deposit of €20 required).
Workshop limited to 7 participants.
Mattresses are available. Please bring a pillow, blanket, and eye mask/scarf.
In case of cancellation, please notify us 48 hours in advance. After that, the session fee is due unless a replacement is arranged.
