Guided tour about Jugendstil — a style inspired by nature, meant to be a relevant expression of its time. In Luxembourg, the Jugendstil period coincided with major developments in the artistic scene, such as the founding of an art association in 1893 and the establishment of the École d’Artisans in 1896, where artists and craftsmen trained together. This visit features innovative Jugendstil works in applied arts, never-before-shown design sketches, and historical photos to explore the Art Nouveau movement in the Grand Duchy.
