Experience the unity of movement, breath, and music. Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to deepen the practice. In this class, you move from one asana to another while synchronizing breath, movement, and music. Together, we build a sequence of yoga asanas step by step, which will then be choreographed to a particular song. Inside Flow aims to harmonize body and mind and to achieve a meditative state through the combination of music, breath, and movement.
Good to know
Yoga experience recommended. Beginners are advised to start with Vinyasa classes (10:00 - 11:00 am) to build a solid foundation.
