A well-being and self-improvement workshop for students in Metz. A moment of sharing and discussion in complete confidentiality around themes such as emotions, stress management, self-confidence, and relationships with others.
Program:
- Emotion management: learning to observe and accept one's emotions to better understand them.
- Self-confidence: identifying and transforming limiting beliefs to boost self-esteem.
- Stress management: discovering meditation and visualization techniques to reduce mental load.
- Motivation: fighting procrastination and setting clear goals.
