As a cult figure of psychedelic shoegaze, LSD & The Search for God has spent nearly twenty years weaving hypnotic, dense, and introspective music. Floating layers of guitar, distant vocals, and almost spiritual repetition engulf the listener. Direct heirs of My Bloody Valentine and Slowdive, they turn the concert into a sensory experience, a slow ascent towards a gentle, luminous trance. April’s Fish represents a new generation of shoegaze, sometimes more direct but always deeply emotional.
