Ready to take your practice outside? Breathe, stretch, and connect with nature during our outdoor yoga sessions in a peaceful park setting. These classes are designed to relax your mind, energize your body, and help you enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.

Weekly schedule: Mondays – Sunset Yoga (all levels) 18:30 – 19:30.
Dates: May: 4, 11, 18; June: 8, 15, 22, 29; July: 6, 13, 20, 27; August: 17, 24, 31.
All levels are welcome. Classes are donation-based. Bring your yoga mat and water. Sessions are weather-dependent. No registration required – just show up.
