Treat yourself to a soothing and reconnecting break with our Air Yoga Sonore workshop, an immersive experience combining gentle yoga in a hammock with vibrational sound therapy. For 45 minutes, you will be guided through a series of Yin postures and slow movements, supported by the lightness of a suspended hammock and the sound of Tibetan bowls. This weightless practice invites your body to fully let go, encouraging deep grounding, gentle stretching, and total relaxation in a safe environment. The second part of the workshop takes place in the hammock, now a cocoon, where each participant receives Tibetan bowl sound massages and manual massages. These massages, along with the swinging in the hammock, soothe the nervous system. The experience continues with an immersive sound journey to the sounds of the bowls, providing deep relaxation and an inner journey. A suspended moment to reconnect with oneself, release tensions, and be carried away by aerial sensations and sounds. Accessible for beginners.
