A safe and trusting space to discuss a universal topic that is still often taboo. This morning session is intended for children and teenagers aged 10 and over, accompanied by an adult from their circle (parent, grandparent, or other trusted person). Together, you are invited to join in a sharing moment led by Planning Familial, focused on menstruation, changing bodies, and the emotions involved. In a supportive and respectful environment, participants can ask questions, share experiences, and break down misconceptions in order to better understand and navigate these transitional times. The session ends with a short visit to the exhibition Et Leeft, which focuses on the evolution of menstrual products over the past two centuries. A special opportunity to open up dialogue, learn together, and break taboos.
