A 6-week course for those who wish to be more confident in using a sewing machine, with Becky Ray. You will learn how to thread the machine, wind a bobbin, use different accessories (zipper foot, button foot, etc.), and understand the difference between a straight stitch, zig-zag stitch, stitch lengths and widths, and when to use them. You will also learn how to maintain your machine. The course includes making small items: a drawstring bag, envelope cushion cover, zipped pouch, basic elasticated waist skirt, and a buttonhole.
