The European Night of Museums will take place on Saturday, May 23, 2026. That evening, many museums in France and across Europe will open their doors free of charge, from nightfall until midnight. Illuminated tours, interactive trails, screenings, and special events will offer the public a fun and engaging museum experience.
At the same time, the "Class, the Artwork!" initiative, in partnership with the Ministry of Education, is being renewed this year. Since 2013, the Ministries of Culture and National Education have implemented this unique program, which aims to offer students the opportunity to engage with a shared cultural heritage and, for one evening, become ambassadors of culture, sharing it with their classmates and families.
