Let yourself be transported by a program full of colour, emotion and discovery! From Saturday June 27th to Wednesday July 1st, live a unique experience that will amaze young and old. Saturday, June 27: Tribute to Georges Méliès, pioneer of cinema 5pm: Guided tour of the exhibition "Méliès, the magic of cinema", followed by a film concert featuring the films of Georges Méliès. 6pm: Alcoléa & Cie Workshop – Discover optical toys, the beginnings of cinema, animated images and special effects, as well as the original instruments of the film concert. 7pm: “Right in the Eye” – Film concert featuring the works of Georges Méliès. Inspired by the cinematic richness and inventiveness of Méliès, Jean-François Alcoléa and two virtuoso musicians play around fifty instruments, some of them rare and unique, to breathe new life into these gems of the 7th art.
