This session is dedicated to the Information and Support System for Family Guardians (DISTF), a free service for anyone dealing with the protection of a vulnerable relative or wishing to plan ahead. Program includes: - Why set up a protection measure? - The different existing measures: guardianship, family empowerment, and others. - Focus on the future protection mandate. - Procedures for applying to the guardianship judge. - The role and responsibilities of the guardian (inventory, management, etc.).
