Together with Chef Giulia Caria, you'll learn to prepare traditional panzerotti from scratch—delicious dough pockets filled with tomato, mozzarella, herbs, and parmesan—before baking and enjoying them fresh from the oven in a convivial atmosphere. The workshop includes: - Welcome drink and appetizers (wine or soft drink, with various snacks) - Guided workshop with Chef Giulia Caria (preparing the dough, making the classic filling, and baking the panzerotti) - Tasting of freshly baked panzerotti with unlimited wine and non-alcoholic beverages - Take-home dough to prepare 4 more panzerotti at home. Aimed at women aged 25 and over who enjoy discovering new activities and connecting with like-minded women.
