Once upon a time, today, three small attic rooms overlook Paris. A big man, a tall thin man, and a voluptuous blonde woman are neighbors in the hallway. The story would be romantic if these three eccentrics didn’t fail at everything. Catastrophes, gags, delirious chaos: the entire floor is shaken by fires, leaks, storms, and other peculiar disasters.
