How do shifting global power structures shape the world we live in? What role do geopolitics, digital governance, and international relations play in an increasingly uncertain future? Join us for a talk with Thomas Gomart, historian and Director of the French Institute of International Relations (Ifri), as he presents his essay "Who Controls Whom? The New Global Power Dynamics." Drawing on his research on Russia, French foreign policy, geopolitical risk, digital governance, and the role of think tanks, Thomas Gomart will offer insights into some of the most pressing challenges of our time, followed by a discussion with the audience. This event is organised by the Institut Pierre Werner, with the support of the Embassy of France in Luxembourg, and takes place within the framework of the Advocacy Coalition – Defending Our Future Now, an initiative supporting Ukraine and Ukrainians in Luxembourg.
