VNR Ambition: Rap from Borny at home As part of the 3rd edition of C'est La Fête À Borny, the VNR Ambition collective takes over the stage in its neighborhood for an exceptional concert, as part of the "Concerts at Your Doorstep" series. Founded in Metz-Borny, VNR Ambition is more than just a group of artists. It is an organization that supports, trains, and unites a new generation of rappers, beatmakers, and creators from the area. Its ambition is to professionalize local talents while making music a true tool for expression, empowerment, and sharing. For this symbolic date, the VNR Ambition artists will pay tribute to those who have marked the history of Metz's rap scene. Inspired by the generations before them, they will share the stage with two emblematic Borny groups: RAC (Rêves À Connaitre) and MOC (Marche Ou Crève), who were key figures in promoting the hip-hop culture of the neighborhood in the 90s/2000s. This concert perfectly represents the desire to create dialogue between generations, transmit a cultural heritage, and show that the local rap scene continues to evolve without losing its roots. The acronym VNR stands for "Vivons Nos Rêves" (Live Our Dreams), which sums up the spirit of the collective: believing in one's ambitions, striving to achieve them, and encouraging everyone to turn passion into a life project. Through their lyrics, world, and energy, the artists of VNR Ambition will proudly represent their neighborhood during an evening dedicated to sharing, transmission, and celebration of urban culture.
