Founded in 2017 by five young musicians, the ensemble Into the Winds makes shawms, bombardes, recorders, bagpipes, trumpets, and ancient percussion resonate. It invites you to discover the richness and diversity of the medieval repertoire. From troubadour songs to the first polyphonies of cathedrals, from chivalric tournaments to princely courts, the program Gothic Europe revives the fascinating sounds of a world where music accompanied both celebrations and moments of contemplation. Brought to life by ancient instruments and texts from chroniclers of the time, this concert offers you an impressive immersion into the musical universe of the Middle Ages.
