We go hiking to discover the greenery that surrounds us throughout the different seasons. Wild herbs have many virtues and are delicious. Learn where to find them, how to recognize, gather, and cook them. We collect plants respectfully and then cook together at a secure fire pit. Each month, nature offers new plants to explore. This workshop offers hands-on, tasty learning inspired by Mother Nature.
