After the death of his gay brother, the straight Roman joins a grief support group for twins who have lost their sibling. There, he meets Dennis, also twinless, and they quickly bond over their unique situation and shared loss. Blending black comedy, psychological tension, and queer drama, the film explores grief, identity, co-dependency, and the urge to replace what can never truly be recovered.
