From Apple to Juice!

On Saturday, September 12, young and old (children must be accompanied by an adult) can join our mediator to discover the process of making apple juice. From carefully selecting the fruits to crushing and pressing, no step will be skipped to produce Viz (apple juice) using a dedicated press! Those who wish can also take their freshly pressed juice home in a bottle decorated with a personalized label. An intergenerational workshop that combines craftsmanship, creativity, and deliciousness, accompanied by a small snack!
