Parents, User Manual: The Complete Journey for More Peaceful Parenting, More Autonomous Children
The workshops will take place on the following dates: October 1, 2026, October 15, 2026, October 29, 2026, November 12, 2026, November 26, 2026, December 3, 2026, and December 17, 2026. Imagine calmer mornings, fewer conflicts, more autonomous children, and a home where cooperation is more prevalent than disputes. Being a parent is a wonderful adventure but also demanding. Between overflowing emotions, sibling rivalries, homework, screens, or daily routines, it's not always easy to know how to react. Each workshop combines concrete contributions, practical exercises, role-playing, and discussions around situations experienced by the participants. Between sessions, you will try out the proposed tools at home to gradually integrate them into your daily life. More than training, this journey is a true accompaniment to take a step back, strengthen your confidence in your role as a parent, and build a more serene, respectful, and fulfilling relationship with your child. To promote the integration of tools into daily life, the workshops will take place every two weeks. This rhythm allows participants to experiment with practices between sessions and share their experiences with the group.
