Do you dream of telling your own stories in comic form? This workshop, led by Bytiddraw, an artist and illustrator working in middle schools, high schools, and popular universities, guides you through every step of creating a comic strip, from the idea to the page. You will learn to develop a storyline, create credible characters, construct an effective layout, master the codes of visual storytelling, carry out a storyboard, compose dynamic pages, and finalize your pages with inking. Thanks to practical exercises and personalized support, everyone can develop their graphic and narrative universe, regardless of their level. The objective is to successfully complete a personal comic book project that can be presented at Walfer Bicherdeeg, one of the biggest literary events in Luxembourg. This perspective offers a concrete experience, close to a writer's working conditions. Humor, adventure, manga, autobiography, fantasy, or youth: whatever your universe, this workshop will give you the tools to tell your stories in images. Accessible to beginners as well as more experienced illustrators, it allows you to progress at your own pace while developing your creativity and sense of narrative. The instructor provides the necessary materials. A flat fee of 20 € will be requested at the first session for purchasing materials, which participants can then keep.
